Ghana head coach Otto Addo has announced his Black Stars squad for upcoming international friendlies against Austria and Germany as part of preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The matches, scheduled for March 27 in Vienna and March 30 in Stuttgart, will see a blend of experienced players and new additions aimed at strengthening the team.

Otto Addo has handed first-time call-ups to four players—Patrick Pfeiffer, Derrick Luckassen, Marvin Senaya, and Daniel Agyei—signaling a move to expand squad depth and increase competition across key positions.

In goal, Lawrence Ati-Zigi headlines the list, joined by Benjamin Asare and Joseph Anang.

The defense includes Derrick Kohn, Jerome Opoku, Caleb Yirenkyi, Kojo Oppong Pepprah, Jonas Adjetey, Alexander Djiku, and Gideon Mensah, offering a mix of strength and versatility.

Midfield responsibilities will be led by Thomas Partey, alongside Elisha Owusu, Ibrahim Sulemana, and Kwasi Sibo.

In attack, the squad features Brandon Thomas Asante, Jordan Ayew, Prince Adu, Christopher Bonsu Baah, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, Inaki Williams, Antoine Semenyo, and Kamal Deen Sulemana.

The friendlies are expected to provide a crucial test for the team as the technical staff assesses player combinations and tactics ahead of World Cup qualifiers.
