The inaugural Lawson Media Xmas Inter-Community Gala is set to ignite football passions in Kumasi, with Suame and Bonwire scheduled to clash in the opening match of the knockout stage.
The exciting revelation came after the official draw was conducted on Thursday, December 4, 2025, on Lawson Media Afternoon Sports with King Eben.
The tournament, which will run from 18th to 24th December 2025 at the Cocoa Ase Astro Turf in Bantama, features 24 communities competing across 32 matches for a total prize package of GHS 100,000.

The tournament will begin with a knockout stage, followed by group matches to determine the champions. The competition promises thrilling football, fierce rivalries, and community pride, with each team receiving jersey sets to represent their local areas.
