NACOC Declares Frank Danquah Wanted Over Suspected Drug Offences

The Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) has declared Frank Danquah, born on September 11, 1978, wanted over his alleged involvement in suspected narcotics-related offences.
In a public notice issued on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, NACOC appealed to the public to provide any information that could assist in locating Mr Danquah.
The Commission urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact its toll-free hotline on 0800 307 307.
NACOC, however, did not disclose the specific offences for which Mr Danquah is wanted.
Information on the Commission’s wanted-persons list indicates that individuals may be sought in connection with offences under the Narcotics Control Commission Act, 2020 (Act 1019).
Such offences may include the unlawful importation or exportation of narcotic drugs or plants, unlawful possession or control of narcotic substances, and prohibited business involving narcotic drugs.
NACOC has stressed that being declared wanted does not amount to a conviction, and all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
The Commission is therefore relying on members of the public to assist with information that could lead to the location of Frank Danquah.
