MTN Ghana’s Georgina Asare Fiagbenu, in collaboration with Significant International Training Systems (SITS), successfully hosted the Time Keeping Dialogue Series 018 via Zoom on Sunday, 1st February 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The event was streamed live to an engaged online audience, marking an inspiring start to the year’s leadership conversations.
The session, themed “Raising the Bar in 2026: Leadership Lessons on Time and Discipline,” was led by Georgina Asare Fiagbenu, Senior Manager for Corporate Communications at MTN Ghana, and featured distinguished speakers including Ibrahim K. Asante, Founder of SITS; Odelia Ntiamoah, Media Strategist; and Naval Captain Kwame Yirenkyi.
The dialogue focused on the critical role of time management in leadership, exploring how discipline and effective use of time directly impact performance, productivity, and results.

Drawing from personal experience, he shared a timeless lesson from his father: “If you are early, you are on time; if you are on time, you are late; if you are late, you are out,” which he credited as central to his professional success.
