As part of this process, some agent accounts have been temporarily restricted. Agents found with minor violations will receive formal warnings, while those with moderate infractions may face temporary suspension. Accounts linked to serious breaches will be permanently terminated.

The company has begun engaging affected agents and, where appropriate, has reinstated certain accounts while investigations remain ongoing. These actions are designed to protect customers, preserve the integrity of the MoMo platform, and reinforce trust within the agent network.
