GES to Publish NSP Recruitment Shortlist on July 20

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced that shortlisted candidates for its National Service Personnel (NSP) recruitment exercise will be published on July 20, 2026.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, June 24, the Service said it is currently reviewing applications submitted by candidates across the country to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the recruitment guidelines.

GES expressed gratitude to all applicants for their interest and assured them that the selection process is being conducted fairly and in accordance with established procedures.

According to the recruitment schedule, the assessment of applications is expected to be completed by June 30, after which the list of successful candidates will be released on July 20.

The Service further disclosed that shortlisted applicants will undergo onboarding and orientation exercises at the regional and district levels between July 20 and August 31.

The onboarding process is designed to prepare successful candidates for deployment and facilitate their smooth integration into the education sector.

GES noted that all recruits who successfully complete the process are expected to officially assume duty on August 31, 2026, marking the final stage of the recruitment exercise.

Management thanked applicants for their patience and understanding throughout the process and wished them success as they await the outcome of their applications.
