The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has announced the opening of applications for its 2026/2027 recruitment exercise, with the sale of application forms scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 3, 2026.
The recruitment exercise is open to first-degree holders and applicants with higher qualifications, according to an announcement shared by the GAF on Monday, August 31.
Prospective applicants can purchase the required E-Voucher for GH¢200 from any post office nationwide starting Thursday.
The GAF has urged applicants to rely only on information published through its official and verified communication channels for updates and details about the recruitment process.
It has also warned prospective applicants against fraudsters who may claim to have connections within the Armed Forces or promise to secure enlistment in exchange for money.
Applicants are therefore advised to verify all recruitment-related information through authorised GAF platforms and avoid dealing with unauthorised individuals.
The GAF said further details on the enlistment process will be communicated through its verified platforms.
