7-Year-Old Girl Killed, Two Siblings Injured in Tricycle Accident at Adankwame
Tragic roadside accident claims young life as Pragyia rider loses control in Ashanti Region

A tragic accident involving a tricycle (Pragyia) has left a seven-year-old girl dead and her two siblings injured in Adankwame, Atwima Nwabiagya North District, Ashanti Region.
The incident occurred when the Pragyia rider reportedly lost control and struck the three children as they stood by the roadside in front of the Adankwame Police Station.
The deceased has been identified as Rasmiya Abdul Rahaman. Her two siblings, Rasmid Abdul Rahaman (7) and Musharraf Abdul Rahaman (11), sustained injuries and are receiving treatment, according to their father, Musah Yussiff, who spoke to Adom News.
An eyewitness said the children were waiting to cross the road when the rider suddenly lost control and hit them.
The body of Rasmiya Abdul Rahaman has been deposited at the family home in accordance with Islamic customs, pending police clearance for burial.
The Pragyia rider also sustained injuries in the accident and is being treated at Asuofua Government Hospital.
