Seasoning Our Words with Salt Throughout the Rebuilding Process & Thank You Tour of the NPP
Guiding Principles for Speech and Conduct During Our Rebuilding Journey

- Speak with humility, respond with tolerance
- Promote mutual respect—across age, status, and gender
- Protect the NPP’s image through responsible communication
The words of the poor should be free from arrogance, and the words of the rich or wealthy should be free from pride.
The poor should speak with humility, and the rich or wealthy should respond with meekness and tolerance.
Both the rich and the poor have the right to speak, but their words should be seasoned with salt and guided by responsibility.
The weak should respect the strong, and the strong should protect the weak.
The young should honour the elderly, and the elderly should appreciate the young.
The wife should submit to her husband, and the husband should love his wife.
The subordinate should protect the interests of the boss, and the boss should uplift the subordinate.
It is as simple as that.
To protect the public image of our NPP, let us avoid unnecessary accusations and counter-responses.
