Police Intercept Truck in Nkwanta, Arrest Two with Gun and Over 11,000 Rounds of Ammunition
The suspects were intercepted at the Brewaniase Police barrier while travelling in a Kia Rhino truck, where officers discovered a pump-action gun and thousands of concealed cartridges and AK-47 ammunition hidden under tarpaulins.

- The Ghana Police Service arrested Richard Kpimbi (27) and Latif Adam (20) at the Brewaniase Police barrier in Nkwanta for unlawful possession of a firearm
- Officers discovered one pump-action gun and over 11,000 rounds of ammunition, including AK-47 bullets
- The suspects are in police custody assisting investigations, while police intensify efforts to curb illegal arms circulation in the area.
