President John Dramani Mahama departed Accra on Sunday, January 11, 2025, for the United Kingdom to hold discussions with Coordinators of the Accra Reset Initiative, the government announced.

A statement from Minister of State in charge of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, said the President would later travel to Davos, Switzerland, to participate in a session of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

On the sidelines of the WEF, President Mahama is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with several world leaders, aimed at strengthening Ghana’s international partnerships and advancing the country’s development priorities.
