Regional delegates arriving by bus and National Party Executives will park at Heroes Park, while official police vehicles will be stationed at the Hockey Pitch.

All delegates and vehicles must be duly accredited before accessing designated areas. Motorists are also required to display their accreditation prominently and follow instructions from police officers deployed to the area.

Personnel from the Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) will be deployed at strategic locations to direct traffic and enforce the arrangements.

Towing trucks will also be available to remove wrongly parked or abandoned vehicles. Such vehicles will be taken to the KMA yard at the owners’ expense.

The Police Command has urged motorists, delegates, supporters and members of the public to plan their journeys ahead of time, use alternative routes and avoid parking around the stadium.

It warned that unauthorised access, parking and obstruction of designated routes will not be permitted, while apologising for any inconvenience caused by the temporary traffic measures.
