Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu has visited the National Resolution Centre to assess challenges confronting students and parents ahead of the reopening of schools.
The visit forms part of efforts by the Ministry of Education to obtain first-hand information on difficulties arising from the school placement process and other related concerns.
Interacting with affected students and parents at the Centre, Mr Iddrisu assured them that the outstanding challenges would be addressed before schools reopen.
He said government remains committed to ensuring that no student is left behind, adding that every concern brought before the Centre would be treated with urgency.
The Minister also commended officials at the National Resolution Centre for their dedication and efforts in addressing the concerns of parents and students.
According to him, a significant number of cases have already been resolved since the Centre was activated, with work continuing to address the remaining concerns before the start of the new academic year.
