Prosper Adedea, also known by the nickname Tagoe and believed to be in his late 20s, was allegedly lynched by a mob in Agbozume-Adawukorfe after being accused of stealing a mobile phone.
According to reports, the brutal incident took place on Sunday night. His body was later discovered lifeless beneath a mango tree on Monday, June 2.
The Agbozume Police Command has launched an investigation and is urging members of the public to come forward with any credible information that could help identify and apprehend the individuals behind this violent act.
