GJA Commiserates with Despite Media Company
Ghana Journalists Association President Albert Dwumfour and the Ashanti Regional executives have expressed deep condolences to the management of Despite Media Group following the passing of staff member Samuel Aguuri after a short illness.

The President of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA), Albert Dwumfour and Executives of the Ashanti Regional Branch of GJA have commiserated with Management of Despite Media Company on the sad passing of a member of staff, Samuel Aguuri, who passed on to glory on Monday March 2, 2026, after a short illness.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues at Hello Fm and UTV and the entire media fraternity.
May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may God grant comfort and strength to all who mourn his loss.
All sympathizers are invited to mourn with the family at his final funeral rites on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Twapiase Roman Catholic Church Park, near Obuasi.
