The New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has called on all Ghanaians to unite in creating a country filled with opportunities and hope for everyone.
Speaking in his Independence Day message on March 6, 2026, marking Ghana’s 69th independence anniversary, Dr. Bawumia emphasized that national progress depends on the collective effort of citizens to contribute to the country’s development and prosperity.
“Happy 69th Independence Day to my fellow Ghanaians. With a collective resolve, let’s build a Ghana of opportunity and hope for all citizens,” he said in a message shared on Facebook.
