The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has arrested former Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company (BOST) CEO, Edwin Provencal, Citi News reports.
Sources indicate that Provencal was apprehended at Kotoka International Airport (KIA) on Monday, November 10, while attempting to board a flight to Maputo, Mozambique, without the required clearance.
Provencal had been placed on a stop list amid ongoing investigations into alleged irregularities during his tenure at BOST.
