Ghanaian winger Douglas Owusu is set to join Serbian powerhouse Red Star Belgrade in a deal reportedly worth €2.7 million, sources have told Joy Sports. The transfer is said to include a 15% sell-on clause.

The 19-year-old has attracted attention from several European clubs, including Feyenoord, Viktoria Plzeň, Aris, Samsunspor, and Al Ahli, before finalising the move.

Owusu joined FK Radnik Surdulica in August 2024 and is under contract with the Serbian club until 2027. He is currently valued at €700,000 on Transfermarkt.

In his debut season with Radnik, the winger scored two goals and provided two assists. His performance improved markedly in the 2025/26 campaign, netting seven goals in 20 appearances across all competitions, a form that has now earned him a transfer to Red Star Belgrade.
