Dr. Da-Costa Aboagye Endorses Isaac Appiah Kubi for NPP-UK Leadership

Former Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) and former Branch Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP-UK), Dr. Da-Costa Aboagye, has publicly endorsed Isaac Appiah Kubi for the NPP-UK leadership, describing him as the ideal candidate to unite the party and strengthen its structures ahead of the 2028 general elections.
In a statement, Dr. Aboagye emphasized that politics thrives on loyalty, trust, and unity, noting that his years of working closely with Isaac Appiah Kubi have given him firsthand insight into his leadership qualities.

According to him, Isaac Appiah Kubi has been instrumental in the growth of the NPP’s West London Chapter since its inception. He recalled that Kubi was among the founding members of the chapter, serving first as Interim Chairman before being elected substantive Chairman, under whose leadership the chapter has become one of the most vibrant and successful branches within NPP-UK.
Dr. Aboagye said Kubi’s experience, integrity, and commitment to the party make him well-positioned to rise above internal divisions and bring members together behind the party’s flagbearer as preparations begin for the 2028 elections.
He further described Isaac Appiah Kubi as a successful businessman with a strong academic background and proven leadership credentials, stressing that his ability to build consensus and inspire unity sets him apart.
“Isaac Appiah Kubi is a unifier. He is a highly accomplished businessman with a strong academic background, unquestionable integrity, and the experience required to lead the NPP-UK branch to even greater heights,” Dr. Aboagye stated.
