Four people have been seriously injured following a crash involving a trailer and a Nissan Urvan minibus at the Awoshie-Barnyard intersection.
The incident occurred around 4:18 a.m. when the trailer, travelling from Tema, collided with the minibus, which was transporting passengers from Ablekuma-Awoshie toward central Accra.
The force of the collision left the trailer positioned diagonally across the road, blocking a significant portion of the roadway.
As a result, heavy traffic congestion has built up in the area, with vehicles forced to move slowly in a single lane through a narrowed section of the road.
