Onyamekyeame Samuel Larbi Gyimah, leader of Kings Word Family, has advised prophets who issued predictions about the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential election to focus their energy on evangelism rather than politics.
During a church service today, he emphasized that not all prophecies come to pass, as people can pray for or against them.
“If you receive a prophecy about your death, we pray to counsel it,” he said, highlighting the power of prayer in shaping outcomes.
He urged men of God to stop insisting that their prophecies are unchangeable.
Gyimah stressed that religious leaders should recognize their human limitations and not allow politics to distract them from their spiritual calling.
“Men of God must understand that they are men, not God,” he said, cautioning against letting political matters shift their focus from the spiritual to the physical realm. He called on prophets to prioritize spreading the word of God over making political predictions.
