Stonebwoy’s Team Sets New Date for 10th BHIM Festival
Festival Rescheduled to Ensure Safety, Smooth Operations, and an Unforgettable Celebration of Ghanaian Music

- The 10th BHIM Festival has been rescheduled from December 26 to December 24, 2025 at Accra Sports Stadium.
- The date change aims to improve security, traffic management, and crowd safety, coordinated with public agencies.
- All previously purchased tickets remain valid, and the festival promises a night of world-class performances celebrating Ghanaian music and culture.
The Burniton Music Group (BMG) and the BHIM Festival Secretariat have announced a revised date for the 10th edition of the annual BHIM Festival.
Originally scheduled for December 26, 2025, the festival will now take place on December 24, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Organisers explained that the date change aims to improve the overall experience for attendees by enhancing security, traffic management, crowd safety, and coordination with public agencies such as the Ghana Police Service and Ghana National Fire Service.
BMG noted that the adjustment became necessary after the rescheduling of another major event, Taste the Culture, organised by the Black Star Experience, which conflicted with the original BHIM Festival date. While acknowledging the financial impact, management emphasized that the decision prioritizes public safety and reduces congestion around the venue.
The organisers also thanked the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) for assisting with the date change and securing the stadium amid a busy December events calendar.
“We believe this change reflects our commitment to harmony within Ghana’s December events schedule. We hope future stakeholders in the creative industry will support, rather than compete with, local event organisers,” the statement read.
BMG and the BHIM Festival Secretariat apologised for any inconvenience caused by the adjustment and confirmed that all previously purchased tickets remain valid for the new date.
The 10th anniversary edition promises an unforgettable night of world-class performances and a grand celebration of Ghanaian music and culture.
