A deadly accident at the Achimota Forest Roundabout, near the DSTV bus stop, has claimed the life of a tricycle driver after a violent collision with a Mercedes Benz.
The crash, which occurred at the Downside section of the roundabout, left both vehicles severely damaged. Eyewitnesses said the impact was so intense that the tricycle was completely mangled.
Police have since arrested the Benz driver, who is assisting with investigations into the cause of the accident.
The tragedy caused heavy traffic congestion in the area as emergency responders and police officers worked to clear the wreckage and restore normal flow.
