Former Education Minister cites national service and international recognition as foundations for presidential bid
Ghana’s immediate past Education Minister and MP for Bosomtwe Constituency, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has officially declared his intention to run for the New Patriotic Party’s Flagbearer position when the party clears the way for the contest.
In a viral video, Dr. Adutwum thanked Ghanaians for supporting him during his days as a Deputy Minister and substantive Minister of Education, successful.
He expressed his appreciation to all for the commendation they shower on him for his performance at the Education Ministry.
Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum further reiterated how successful he was in the United States where he established schools which are producing great personalities for the US and the world.
He indicated that the US government, through her house of legislation, Honoured him (Dr. Adutwum) last week for the great impact he has had of the US education.
Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum finally made the declaration to contest the NPP flagbearer race when nomination opens.
