MTN working to restore data bundle services after technical glitch during rollout of new data offer

As part of the rollout of our new 15% data volume increase effective Tuesday, July 1, 2025, MTN encountered an unexpected technical issue affecting data bundle purchases, including access to the new data offer.

As a result, customers are currently unable to purchase data bundles. We understand how essential connectivity is and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this disruption may cause.

Please rest assured that our technical teams are working diligently to resolve the issue and restore full service as quickly as possible.
